Founder and Ceo of the real estate agency Cortina Hospitality. Cortina Hospitality is part of the “Snowdreamers Cortina” Group this union of purpose, allows the organization to use internal resources in order to be able to provide reliable high quality service to its clients. I hold an International Master’s Degree in High Performance Coaching, I am the author of the Best Sellers book “Your Olympics,” I ran the New York City Marathon and I am dad to Leonardo and Nicolò. My goal? Offer the best luxury experiences in Cortina d’Ampezzo and the Dolomites thanks to the best properties and Luxury Chalets.

I’m Giulia Baffetti, CFO of Cortina Hospitality Real Estate. Vanto oltre 10 anni di esperienza nella gestione finanziaria e operativa. Grazie alla mia esperienza nel costruire e guidare le aziende per ottenere una migliore redditività, una maggiore produttività e controlli interni migliorati, lavoro a stretto contatto con il team esecutivo dell’azienda per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi, mentre l’intermediazione si espande rapidamente in tutta la zona dolomitica. Strategica, comunicativa e attenta, sono appassionata nell’aiutare le persone ad individuare i loro immobili perfetti.
FEDERICO CORVI, PROPERTY FINDER
I was born in France but my roots are well established in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the town in which I grew up. My life has snow as a common thread, as my first skiing experience was at the age of 1 year and 6 months. Coming out of language high school, I devoted myself to a skiing career: in fact, I am an athlete in freeride and freestyle. I also went on to work in alpine skiing, becoming first an instructor and then a federal coach. In order to secure my future, I decided to pursue a path in the world of real estate; I obtained the title of real estate agent and now dedicate myself to finding the most beautiful properties in the Dolomites with Cortina Hospitality.
SOPHIA GALAZZO, MARKETING MANAGER
What is a Sicilian girl doing in the Dolomites? Born and lulled by Sicilian waves and the scent of the sea, at the age of 18 I decided to set out on my own to Rome, in the Eternal City, to begin a path in the world of Marketing and Communication. I study as a self-taught, work as a Content Creator and later undertake a path as a Social media Manager with several companies, in the world of fashion and communication. After 6 years, I felt that the chaos of the city that was depleting all my energy, I needed to recharge my batteries. Where did I choose to do it? In Cortina d’Ampezzo, a city of many facets, small but immense.
Now I am in charge of managing the communication of Cortina Hospitality, with the goal of conveying the quality and uniqueness of our reality.
ELENA BELOTTO, BOOKING MANAGER
Always interested in the world of Real Estate and tourism, I studied Languages for Tourism Intermediation at the University of Trento. After a training internship at the Cortina d’Ampezzo territorial promotion agency, thanks in part to my passion for the mountains and the outdoors, I decided to seek my job happiness in this beautiful valley. Here, together with Cortina Hospitality, I create travel packages and organize activities in the area and within the facilities. What fulfills me most about this work? The client who appreciates my efforts and at the end of the experience greets me with gratitude for the small but indelible memory he is able to take home with him.
